Zyte is hiring a Senior Growth Product Manager to lead self-serve acquisition and growth across channels used by engineers, data teams and AI builders. You will own website and product UI roadmaps, run data-driven experiments, and shape funnels from signup to paid activation and expansion.

You’ll work in a remote-first, globally distributed team and focus on PLG-driven growth, developer experience, and building trust with technical users.

Qualifikationen

• Proven results driving growth and managing funnels in a B2B SaaS or developer-focused business with a self-serve or PLG motion.
• Deep curiosity about how engineers work and adopt tools; developers respond to products, not marketing.
• Experience with developer tools, APIs, data products or technical audiences.
• Prototype ideas using AI coding tools for experiments, mockups and demos.
• Track record of making websites effective engines for capturing demand and funnel activity.
• Success in activation, free-to-paid conversion, expansion and churn reduction.
• Intelligent use of data: defining metrics, instrumenting funnels, segmenting customers and combining signals with messaging.
• Experience as product owner or growth PM with engineering and design: writing requirements, prioritising and shipping iteratively.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across marketing, product, CS, RevOps and sales.
• 5-8+ years in growth, growth product management or lifecycle/funnel roles.

Aufgaben

• Manage the self-serve funnel end-to-end from signup to expansion.
• Own website and product UI; set roadmap with development lead and designers.
• Design and run experiments to optimize funnel and conversion.
• Optimize PLG journeys in the developer ecosystem and open source buying paths.
• Build intelligent customer data and nurture growth with onboarding and tailored content.
• Run rigorous experimentation: hypotheses, A/B tests, and report results.
