Job summary

The Search AI Company is hiring a Software Engineer for the Security EDR Workflows team. You will build workflows and user-facing capabilities to empower the Defend agent, protecting and responding to threats at scale.

You will collaborate with security engineering, product and design to deliver robust features used by practitioners worldwide, leveraging AI to accelerate problem solving. You will contribute to scalable systems, write production-grade code in TS/Node.js, and participate in code

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Node.js and React.js; TypeScript is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement features powering the Defend user interface capabilities.
• Contribute to architecture of the Defend management and response actions framework with OSquery forensics capabilities.
• Develop scalable, high-performance systems within the ecosystem.
• Write production-grade code in Typescript/Node.js as part of a high-quality, well-tested codebase.
• Collaborate with other engineering teams on cross-team efforts.
• Help with engineering standards, tooling and processes improvements driven by AI usage.
• Participate in code reviews.
• Work with a globally distributed team focused on Defend and OSquery capabilities from Kibana perspective.
• Collaborate on large product features.
• Use AI to accelerate development work.
