Job summary

TEKsystems in Dublin seeks a Project Manager to lead Securities Finance Operations & Change initiatives on a 5-month contract. You will drive end-to-end project delivery, testing, and governance across business, operations, and technology teams.

The role requires strong securities finance experience within broker dealer or prime brokerage environments, plus proven leadership in cross-functional delivery, UAT, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering operational change and transformation programmes.
• Experience leading testing, UAT, and operational readiness activities.
• Strong governance and stakeholder management across Ops, Risk, and Tech.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of business, operations, and technology projects.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Lead implementation of new operational processes, workflows, and control frameworks.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives.
• Facilitate governance meetings and provide updates to senior stakeholders.
