Job summary

The Panel is seeking a Technical Project Delivery Manager for Dublin (Hybrid) to drive technical transformation in a regulated financial services environment. You will own scope, requirements, and design across the full lifecycle, building strong business cases to secure funding and stakeholder buy‑in for infra, applications, and cloud migrations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in project management (technical and business) within Financial Services.
• Experience with technical transformation and fast-paced delivery.
• PMBOK or PRINCE2 and ITIL certifications.
• Strong track record delivering IT projects including upgrades, migrations, installations.
• Proven ability to build business cases and secure change approvals.
• Experience managing third-party solutions and in-house systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management; able to influence senior leaders.
• Technical knowledge in architecture/SDLC and networking basics.

Responsibilities

• Own project scope, requirements, and technical design across full lifecycle.
• Build and present business cases to secure funding and stakeholder buy‑in for infra, apps, and cloud migration.
• Lead third‑party solution selection and manage vendor delivery against time, budget, and scope.
• Run multiple concurrent projects and prioritise across a busy portfolio.
• Own communication plans, status reporting, and senior stakeholder updates.
• Oversee testing phases and maintain full project governance (RAID logs, plans, change control).
