Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operation of Conor's Bar kitchen, ensuring smooth service.
• Lead and inspire your section, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Assist in training and developing junior team members.
• Work with senior chefs on seasonal menu development and kitchen innovation.
• Help manage stock control, food ordering, and kitchen organisation while minimising waste.
• Ensure all food safety, HACCP, and hygiene standards are upheld.
