The Hoxton Dublin is seeking energetic, friendly bartenders for the Christmas season, from mid-November 2026 through mid-January 2027. Join a busy F&B team in a hotel setting, delivering great guest experiences behind the bar and across the venue.

You’ll know your drinks, work as part of a collaborative team, and bring a positive, guest-focused energy. Seasonal hours, competitive pay, employee perks and staff meals are available during the period.

Company Description

The festive season is almost here, and we’re getting ready for a busy few months at The Hoxton Dublin!

We’re looking for energetic, friendly and enthusiastic people to join our Food & Beverage teams for the Christmas season, from mid-November 2026 through to mid-January 2027. Whether you’re an experienced hospitality professional or simply love creating great experiences for guests, we’d love to hear from you. Please note: this is a seasonal position for the Christmas period, with an expected end date in mid-January 2027. The Hoxton has opened its very first hotel in Ireland in the beautiful capital city of Dublin. This coastal city is steeped in history, packed with green parks and brought to life through music, art and the best social eating and drinking. The Hoxton, Dublin is home to 129 bedrooms of varying sizes, a lobby bar & restaurant, a historic bar, Cantina Valentina, our large ground floor restaurant and The Dig - our unique meetings and events space.

Job Description

What you’ll do…

• Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests come to wind down and enjoy themselves.
• Know your product and systems inside out.
• Make whatever the mood calls for, from soft drinks to masterful cocktails that change with the seasons.
• Work with the rest of the team in keeping things running smoothly.
• Be more than a Bartender – willing to lend a hand and help the F&B team as a whole.
