SMBC Group in Tralee is seeking a Vice President, SDLC Process Specialist to strengthen software governance and delivery across a complex technology environment, reporting to the Executive Director of Enterprise Architecture.

You will partner with Application Development, Architecture, Infrastructure, Cyber Security and Risk Management to improve SDLC adoption, governance, reporting and controls, while driving KPI dashboards and process evidence.

Formación

• 5+ years’ experience in SDLC governance, PMO or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of software delivery practices.
• Knowledge of Agile, DevOps and DevSecOps.
• Experience with governance, audit, risk or control activities.
• Experience developing dashboards and metrics.
• Familiarity with NIST SSDF, COBIT or ITIL.

Responsabilidades

• Govern enterprise SDLC framework and improve adoption.
• Maintain SDLC processes, standards and supporting docs.
• Coordinate governance, audit, risk and control activities.
• Maintain dashboards and KPIs for visibility.
• Coordinate collection and validation of process evidence.
• Drive SDLC adoption through stakeholder engagement and training.
• Identify opportunities to standardize and automate processes.
• Provide guidance on controls and governance across teams.
• Drive consistent SDLC process implementation across Jira, Confluence, GitHub and ServiceNow.
• Facilitate governance meetings and track actions.
