Job summary
SMBC Group seeks a Vice President, ServiceNow Product Analyst in Tralee to join our Technology team. You will translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow and enterprise platform solutions, supporting SDLC governance, DevSecOps and technology delivery.
You will collaborate with Architecture, Cyber Security, Engineering, Risk, Data, QA and Operations to prioritise requirements, manage backlogs and drive platform enhancements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in business/product analysis or a similar tech-focused role.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, PPM, DevOps, Change Management or Workflow.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering, acceptance criteria and user stories.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Enterprise Architecture, Cyber Security, Eng., Risk and QA.
- Drive backlog management, prioritisation, roadmap planning and release scheduling.
- Develop dashboards, reports and metrics to measure platform adoption.
- Coordinate UAT, defect management and validation of delivered functionality.
- Partner with administrators, developers and vendors on implementation and continuous improvement.
