Job summary

SMBC seeks a Vice President, SDLC Process Specialist to strengthen governance and delivery across software development. You will partner with Application Development, Architecture, Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Risk Management and Project Delivery to drive adherence to SDLC standards and controls.

You will lead the creation and maintenance of governance documentation, dashboards and metrics while coordinating audits, risk and governance activities across multiple technology teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in SDLC, Technology Governance, PMO, Business Analysis, Application Development, DevOps or related tech discipline.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and modern delivery practices.
• Knowledge of Agile, DevOps and DevSecOps principles.
• Experience supporting enterprise SDLC, governance programmes including governance, compliance, audit, risk or control activities.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to governance and continuous improvement of the enterprise SDLC framework.
• Maintain SDLC processes, procedures, standards, guidance and documentation.
• Coordinate SDLC compliance, audit, risk and control activities.
• Maintain SDLC reporting, dashboards, KPIs and management metrics.
• Coordinate collection and validation of process evidence and governance documentation.
