Job summary

Uisce Éireann is seeking a capable Scheduling & Dispatch professional to manage end-to-end work order scheduling, from planning to field dispatch, across national / regional operations. You will coordinate with maintenance, capital, and repair teams to optimise workloads, ensure timely dispatch, and maintain resource availability.

The role requires 2+ years in work management or scheduling, proficiency in Maximo and Excel, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Relevant third level qualification is desirable.
• 2 years of relevant experience in work management, planning or dispatch.
• Excellent knowledge of Maximo and scheduling processes.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyse data for decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end scheduling to dispatch work orders from Maximo into the scheduling system.
• Maintain resource availability and dispatch efficiency to support service delivery.
• Coordinate with field teams and stakeholders to prioritise and schedule work.
• Monitor ongoing field work and adjust schedules as needed to meet priorities.
