Job summary

Uisce Éireann in Ireland is seeking a Work & Asset Management Applications Technical Analyst to support the WAM suite (Maximo, Crew Works, Informer) and related Dynamics 365 processes, collaborating with IT Build & Delivery and business stakeholders to keep asset systems operating reliably.

You will manage configuration, maintenance and escalation, provide training, guidance on governance and security, and work with external partners to deliver improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the implementation, Technical Knowledge and support of Maximo and WAM Systems.
• Professional training/certification in Maximo and WAM systems.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in the water, utilities or similar industries is desirable.
• Ability to develop and maintain effective partnerships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Acting as an integral member of a design team responsible for designing, estimating, documenting, developing, testing and implementing new/enhanced features for installed products.
• Support day-to-day running of the WAM applications including issue resolution and escalation.
• Provide technical support for WAM systems.
• Develop technical requirements and processes in support of implementations.
• Provide information to guide planning and development of solutions.
• Management of external resources.
• Track and resolve escalated support calls with third parties.
• Assess and control information transfer risks with external organisations.
• Report on information security risks and respond to incidents.
• Provide awareness and competency of Maximo and other WAM systems.
• Adherence to governance, applications, security and standards.
• User support and training.
• Liaise with external resources/service providers.
• Provide out-of-hours cover as part of standby rota.
