Job summary

AECOM is recruiting a Scheduling Manager for our Dublin office. The role requires attendance on site three days a week with two days remote, delivering accurate schedules across capital programmes within the Infrastructure function.

You will lead embedded scheduling resources, maintain quality outputs, and support strategic planning of scheduling resources. A strong emphasis on continuous improvement and cross‑functional collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in developing and managing schedules for technically complex, high-value infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to consolidate multiple schedule inputs and performance data streams into an integrated master schedule.
• Experience working within a comparable consultancy environment or with client and contractor organisations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage complex, multi-project programme schedules to support timely programme delivery.
• Lead the coordination and preparation of summary progress reports, highlighting critical issues, impacts, and mitigation measures.
• Provide oversight, assurance, and governance of schedule tracking and performance reporting.
• Review and enhance scheduling processes, driving continuous improvement in tools, methods, and performance standards.
• Analyse programme data to identify critical path risks, delays, and bottlenecks, ensuring corrective actions are defined and implemented.
• Coordinate the preparation of master schedules, including resource and cost loading where applicable.
