Job summary

IT Search in Dublin is seeking a Change Management Co-Ordinator to drive adoption of transformation initiatives across the Group. You’ll translate transformation plans into engaging activities, working with project teams, leaders and stakeholders.

The role focuses on communications, readiness assessments, engagement events and measuring adoption, with SAP projects a strong context. You will help ensure changes land successfully and make a tangible difference.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in change management or transformation roles.
• Experience on business transformation, technology or ERP programmes; SAP experience is a plus.
• Solid understanding of change management methodologies and stakeholder adoption.

Responsibilities

• Drive change from plan to adoption across transformation initiatives.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand impact on teams, processes and ways of working.
• Develop targeted change communications and engagement activities.
• Lead stakeholder engagement activities, workshops and sessions.
• Assess readiness and address barriers to adoption.
• Collaborate with project, technology and training teams for a joined-up approach.
• Create engagement activities that inform, support and build confidence during change.
• Gather feedback and use insights to improve change experiences.
• Track activity, readiness, risks and adoption metrics for leadership.
• Produce stakeholder plans, impact assessments, communications and readiness materials.
