Job summary

TechHeads is collaborating with a large Irish organisation to establish a brand-new Centre of Excellence. The role of Training & Change Coordinator is the first hire into the function, offering a unique opportunity to help shape the Centre from the ground up.

You will develop and coordinate SAP training, support adoption, manage change activities and help employees transition to new systems and processes, while building relationships with leadership and SAP teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in training, learning and development, change management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of learning principles and instructional design techniques.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives and deadlines.
• Experience using SharePoint to create, manage and maintain training documentation and learning resources.
• Experience developing and supporting engagement and communication plans as part of organisational change.
• Experience with SAP training or SAP-related change projects would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the delivery of SAP training programmes aligned with business requirements.
• Identify training needs and conduct training gap analysis through stakeholder consultation.
• Coordinate change management and employee engagement activities, helping employees adopt new systems and processes.
• Develop and maintain training materials, guides, documentation and digital learning resources.
• Build strong relationships with leadership, SAP teams, stakeholders and OpCos, while monitoring training effectiveness and identifying areas for improvement.
