Job summary

IT Search in Dublin City Centre is seeking a training specialist to support a major SAP transformation. You will create engaging learning materials, user guides, process documentation and e-learning resources to help employees adopt new systems and ways of working.

Collaborating with business stakeholders and subject matter experts, you will translate complex changes into clear, practical content and run training programmes that build confidence and practical skills across the organisation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in training, L&D, instructional design or change management.
• Strong experience creating training content and documentation.
• SAP, ERP or transformation experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A creative, engaging approach to learning.
• Ability to simplify complex information and make it easy to understand.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging training materials, user guides, process documentation and learning resources.
• Develop and coordinate training programmes supporting SAP and business transformation.
• Work with SMEs and stakeholders to turn complex information into simple, practical learning content.
• Assess training needs and ensure content meets the needs of different user groups.
• Support change and employee engagement activities throughout transformation.
• Keep training and documentation accurate and up to date as systems and processes evolve.
• Gather feedback and continuously improve the learning experience.
• Support knowledge sharing and successful adoption of new ways of working.
