Elliott Moss Consulting Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead planning, execution, governance, and delivery of a large-scale SAP transformation.

The role requires strong SAP delivery, stakeholder-management capabilities, and experience managing enterprise programmes. Public-sector projects are advantageous, with close collaboration across business users, vendors, and leadership to ensure scope, schedule, and budget compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is required.
• Significant experience managing SAP implementation or transformation projects.
• Proven SAP delivery experience and understanding of SAP lifecycle activities.
• PM certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a large-scale SAP implementation, migration, upgrade, or transformation.
• Develop and maintain the project plan, roadmap, milestones, budget, and governance.
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.
• Coordinate across SAP functional, technical, integration, infrastructure, data, testing, and change-management teams.
• Prepare and present regular project updates, dashboards, risk reports, and steering materials.
• Lead governance forums, meetings, and stakeholder discussions; monitor performance and take corrective actions.
• Oversee SAP design, build, testing, data migration, cutover, deployment, hypercare, and transition-to-support activities.
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, documentation, quality, and regulatory standards.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, governance, and delivery of a large-scale SAP transformation project.

The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders, business users, SAP functional and technical teams, vendors, and project leadership to ensure that the programme is delivered within the agreed scope, schedule, budget, quality, security, and compliance requirements.

This role requires strong SAP delivery experience, excellent stakeholder-management capabilities, and experience managing complex enterprise transformation programmes. Experience working in public-sector environments would be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale SAP implementation, migration, upgrade, or transformation programme.
• Develop and maintain the overall project plan, delivery roadmap, milestones, resource plan, budget, and governance framework.
• Manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.
• Coordinate across SAP functional, technical, integration, infrastructure, security, data, testing, and change-management teams.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements and align project deliverables with programme objectives.
• Manage system integrators, technology partners, subcontractors, and other third-party vendors.
• Establish project governance, reporting standards, escalation procedures, and decision-making processes.
• Prepare and present regular project updates, dashboards, risk reports, and steering-committee materials.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, governance forums, and stakeholder discussions.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions where required.
• Manage SAP design, build, testing, data migration, cutover, deployment, hypercare, and transition-to-support activities.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet the required security, audit, documentation, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing, operational-readiness activities, training, and business change management.
• Manage project risks relating to integrations, data quality, infrastructure, cybersecurity, business continuity, and deployment.
• Ensure proper documentation, approvals, traceability, and audit readiness throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support knowledge transfer and the transition of the completed solution to the application support or AMS team.

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Significant experience managing SAP implementation or transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP project delivery methodologies and lifecycle activities.
• Proven experience delivering large, complex, and multi-stakeholder enterprise transformation programmes.
• Experience managing cross-functional SAP teams covering functional, technical, integration, infrastructure, data, testing, security, and change-management workstreams.
• Strong project governance, planning, budgeting, risk-management, and vendor-management experience.
• Experience managing senior business stakeholders, project sponsors, steering committees, vendors, and delivery partners.
• Strong understanding of system integration, data migration, testing, cutover, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Project-management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent recognised certification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organisational, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver effectively within a structured and time-sensitive environment.
