Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking a Program Manager for SAP delivery in Ireland. You will own end-to-end delivery of multi-site SAP programs, including implementations, rollouts, development, and AMS, while ensuring scope, time, quality, and budget adherence.

The role includes managing SoW financials, billing milestones, and vendor performance, plus executive client management and global delivery leadership. Pre-sales support is also part of the role.

Qualifications

• Own end-to-end SAP delivery across multi-site programs (implementations/rollouts, development, AMS).
• Manage SoW financials, billing milestones, vendor performance, changes.
• Act as executive escalation point for clients and partners.
• Establish PMO operations, RAID tracking, dependencies, and quality gates.
• Assist Sales with scoping, estimations, proposals, and client presentations.

Responsibilities

• Domain Knowledge: Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA architecture, core business processes, and deployment methodologies (SAP Activate).
• Leadership & Soft Skills: Exceptional cross-functional team management, conflict resolution, and executive-level communication skills.
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or official SAP Activate/S/4HANA certifications are strongly preferred.
