Job summary

HCLTech in Ireland is seeking an SAP Programme Director to lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors implementations. You will drive programme delivery, coordinate with CXO-level client executives and internal stakeholders, and ensure successful outcomes within contractual commitments.

The ideal candidate will have proven delivery management experience, knowledge of LeanIX, and comfort working in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors programmes.
• Delivery management with senior client and internal stakeholders.
• Knowledge of LeanIX methodology.
• Implementation experience in SAP Public Cloud preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to plan and execute to meet contract deliverables.
• Stakeholder management at CXO level.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP programme delivery across large-scale S/4HANA/SF implementations.
• Coordinate with client CXOs and internal stakeholders to ensure milestones.
• Drive delivery excellence and manage deadlines in a high-pressure environment.

We are currently hiring for an SAP Programme Director to join our growing team in Ireland.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Programme Management for SAP S/4 HANA and Successfactors Implementation programmes
• Delivery management experience - handling senior stakeholders on client side and Internal stakeholders
• Should have working knowledge of LeanIX methdology
• Implementation experience in SAP Public Cloud preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to manage the SAP programme - Plan and Execute to meet programme deliverables as per contract
• Manage stakeholders from Client side - CXO level
• Ability to work in a high pressure environment with tight delivery deadlines
