Job summary

E‑Frontiers in Dublin/Ireland is seeking an SAP Procure-to-Pay Senior Analyst (S/4 Hana) to own and optimise the P2P landscape, including SAP Procurement and SAP Ariba. This role reports into the enterprise technology team driving transformation across procurement operations.

You will collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain and IT to design solutions, drive continuous improvement and ensure data quality and governance across the procure-to-pay processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Procurement, SAP MM and/or SAP Ariba.
• Strong end-to-end Procure-to-Pay process knowledge.
• Experience owning solutions, leading business systems analysis or functional workstreams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and support the SAP Procure-to-Pay solution landscape.
• Act as the primary technology contact for procurement-related systems.
• Drive system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions.
• Support future-state architecture and technology planning.
• Coordinate projects, testing and deployment activities.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party partners.

SAP Procure-to-Pay Senior Analyst (S/4 Hana)

Salary: €50,000 - €70,000 + 10% Bonus

Location: Dublin or Kilkenny (Hybrid - 2 Days Onsite)

Must have SAP configuration or functional spec writing experience.

Significant experience in configuration and functional spec writing in SAP Procure to Pay processes is a fundamental requirement of this role.

We are currently recruiting for an SAP Procure-to-Pay Senior Analyst to join a growing enterprise technology team supporting a major business transformation programme.

This role will act as the technology owner for Procure-to-Pay solutions, including SAP Procurement and SAP Ariba, ensuring systems effectively support procurement operations across the organisation.

The successful candidate will work closely with Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain and IT teams to drive continuous improvement, shape future solutions and maximise the value delivered by procurement technologies.

Responsibilities
