Job summary

E‑Frontiers is seeking an SAP Procure-to-Pay Senior Analyst to join its technology team in Ireland. This hybrid role (Dublin or Kilkenny, 2 days onsite) focuses on SAP P2P, including SAP Procurement and SAP Ariba, driving requirements, specs writing and improvements across procurement operations.

You will collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain and IT to maximize value from procurement technologies and support a major transformation program. A 10% bonus is included.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring SAP Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Experience in writing functional specs for SAP Procure-to-Pay.
• Ability to own and drive P2P improvements and projects.

Must have SAP configuration or functional spec writing experience.

Significant experience in configuration and functional spec writing in SAP Procure to Pay processes is a fundamental requirement of this role

We are currently recruiting for an SAP Procure-to-Pay Senior Analyst to join a growing enterprise technology team supporting a major business transformation programme.

This role will act as the technology owner for Procure-to-Pay solutions, including SAP Procurement and SAP Ariba, ensuring systems effectively support procurement operations across the organisation.

The successful candidate will work closely with Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain and IT teams to drive continuous improvement, shape future solutions and maximise the value delivered by procurement technologies.

Salary: €50,000 - €80,000 + 10% Bonus

• Experience supporting procurement, supply chain or manufacturing operations.
• Ability to bridge business requirements and technology solutions.
