Responsibilities

• Provide professional first-line IT support for SAP employees and address application-related inquiries.
• Log, qualify, and manage IT Incidents and Service Requests.
• Utilize knowledge base to resolve common issues and reduce escalations.
• Collaborate with next-level support teams to resolve complex issues.
• Ensure incidents and requests are resolved within SLA and properly escalated when needed.
• Maintain clear and proactive communication with users throughout ticket lifecycles.
