Job summary

RECRUITERS in Ireland seeks an experienced Salesforce Product Manager to join its Client Experience team in Dublin City Centre on a hybrid basis. You will own Salesforce Sales/FS Cloud and Marketing Cloud, translate business needs into scalable capabilities, and help shape the center of excellence.

The role involves partnering with Sales, Client Services, Marketing and Technology, guiding roadmaps, data governance, and ensuring platform adoption across the business.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years’ experience, with at least 4+ years in Salesforce roles.
• Hands-on with Sales Cloud/FS Cloud incl. onboarding & workflows.
• Experience with Marketing Cloud: journeys & campaigns.
• Knowledge of Salesforce data models, reporting & integrations.
• Able to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce roadmaps.
• Experience with cross-functional teams in a global environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IS, CS or related.

Our client, a leading global financial services organisation, is looking for an experienced Salesforce Product Manager to join its Client Experience team and help shape the future of Salesforce across the business.

This is a highly visible role combining Salesforce product ownership, business strategy and technology, with responsibility for driving capabilities across Sales Cloud / Financial Services Cloud and Marketing Cloud while helping establish a scalable Salesforce Center of Excellence.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own and evolve Salesforce Sales / Financial Services Cloud and Marketing Cloud solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce capabilities and roadmaps.
• Partner with Sales, Client Services, Marketing and Technology stakeholders.
• Oversee integrations between Salesforce and enterprise platforms.
• Drive platform adoption, data quality, reporting and governance.

• Act as a Salesforce SME and provide guidance to administrators, business users and junior team members.

Must-Haves

• 5–8 years of professional experience, including at least 4+ years in Salesforce-focused roles.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Sales Cloud and/or Financial Services Cloud, including opportunity management, client onboarding, KYC and sales workflows.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including journeys, campaigns, automation and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, data models, reporting and integrations.
• Proven experience translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and product roadmaps.
• Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams within a global environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline.

Nice to Have

• Financial Services, Asset Management or Capital Markets experience.
• Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud or Financial Services Cloud Consultant.
• Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant or equivalent strong working knowledge.
• Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein/AI and advanced analytics.
• Experience establishing or working within a Salesforce Center of Excellence.
