Job summary

Vantage Resources is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join the technology team of a leading Irish financial services organisation. You will design, develop and support Salesforce components and integrations, focusing on Apex, Lightning Web Components and Salesforce APIs across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.

The role involves deployments, CI/CD, IaC, automation, and ensuring security and regulatory compliance across environments.

Qualifications

• Strong Salesforce development experience.
• Expertise in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Communities/Experience Cloud and Data Cloud/Marketing Cloud.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications.

Responsibilities

The organisation is investing heavily in its Salesforce platform, which underpins critical customer engagement and operational capabilities. This role will support the delivery of key strategic initiatives, platform enhancements, integrations and regulatory changes, while helping improve platform performance, reduce technical debt and strengthen internal engineering capability.

What you need

• Strong commercial experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Deep technical expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components and Salesforce APIs.
• Strong experience across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Communities / Experience Cloud.
• Experience with Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II certifications.
• Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes/container orchestration, CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong scripting and automation capabilities.
• Experience working across multiple environments and technology stacks.
• Strong understanding of observability, including metrics, logging and tracing.
• Good understanding of secure platform design, including identity, secrets management, network segmentation, encryption and patching.
• Experience with both PaaS and SaaS environments across public and privately hosted platforms.
• Experience working within regulated or financial services environments.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business requirements into reusable, scalable platform solutions and communicate technical trade-offs effectively.
