Job summary

RECRUITERS Dublin is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join a leading global financial services organisation's Client Experience Technology team. This hands-on role focuses on enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud and AI capabilities.

You’ll design, develop and deploy with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce and REST/SOAP integrations, build automation and CI/CD pipelines, and support Salesforce apps in production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on development experience with Apex, Apex Triggers and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Proven experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including Service Cloud Case Management.
• Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and system integrations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model and governor limits.
• Experience with CI/CD, automated testing and version control within Salesforce development.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving and software engineering skills.
• Experience in Agile delivery teams and collaboration with Product, Architecture, BA and QA.

Responsibilities

This is a hands‑on development role where you’ll build and enhance enterprise‑scale Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud and emerging AI capabilities. You’ll work closely with architects, product owners and business teams to deliver scalable solutions used across a global organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing
