Job summary

IT Search is partnering with a leading financial services organisation in Dublin to hire two permanent Salesforce Platform Engineers. You will join an established engineering team delivering secure, scalable Salesforce solutions and platform automation across multiple environments.

In this role you will develop Apex and Lightning Web Components, manage deployments, improve CI/CD pipelines and monitor platform performance.

Qualifications

• Salesforce development experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications.
• Exposure to CI/CD, cloud platforms and infrastructure automation.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and an interest in platform engineering.
• Financial services experience is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Developing and enhancing Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC and Flows.
• Managing platform changes, deployments and multiple environments.
• Improving CI/CD pipelines and automating deployment processes.
• Monitoring platform performance and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Working with engineering and security teams to improve platform reliability.
