Job summary

Xoriant is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst/System Admin in Ireland to drive the administration, documentation, and ongoing support of CRM processes. The role partners with business owners, IT, and vendors to implement Billing and Revenue Cloud solutions, deliver user stories, and ensure quality across releases.

The candidate should have extensive Salesforce CPQ Revenue Cloud experience, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in Agile environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce.com administration experience.
• Solid CPQ Revenue Cloud and/or Billing package experience.
• 2+ years in Agile/Scrum with MVP delivery.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with CRM Team and Product Owners to document solutions as User Stories.
• Assist in solutioning and implementing business requirements focusing on Salesforce Billing components.
• Analyze requests to ensure solutions meet requirements and avoid unintended impacts.
• Contribute to scoping, planning, prioritization, and requirements with Product Owners and Architects.
• Drive continuous improvement of sales applications and processes for new initiatives.
• Implement business/technical solutions in Salesforce within set timeframes.
• Collaborate with Developers and Support teams on day-to-day issues per SLA.
• Support testing of enhancements, SFDC releases, and interfaces as needed.
