Job summary

Zurich Insurance is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer in Ireland to join our team in Blackrock. You will develop and customize Agentforce and Service Cloud solutions, leveraging Apex, Aura, LWC, and API integrations to meet business needs and support digital transformation.

You will collaborate with analysts, project managers, and stakeholders, ensuring secure, scalable, and maintainable Salesforce solutions across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and processbuilder.
• Experience with AI prompt engineering and design of Agentforce agents.
• Experience with configuring AI guardrails.
• Ability to compare existing features against Salesforce OOB capabilities & recommended patterns.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable and maintainable code on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Aura, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows and other relevant technologies.
• Stay current with new Salesforce features and functionality to recommend improvements and innovations.
• Aid in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during development, testing, and post-deployment stages.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development to grow expertise in Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Salesforce integration patterns and experience with Salesforce APIs.
• Understanding of Salesforce security, sharing model, and data architecture.
