Job summary

SSE Airtricity in Dublin is seeking a Sales Support and Enablement Agent to join the Sales Operations team. You will manage domestic customer sales and retentions across channels, aiming to maximise throughput and reduce breakages from gross to net sales.

The role involves handling CAF queues, overseeing new sales from domestic channels, and communicating with customers to finalise sales or retentions. Flexible First options and a 50% Dublin office split are available.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily CAF (customer sales agreement forms) work queues and resolve outstanding actions quickly and efficiently, flagging and fixing any issues
• Oversee new sales from all domestic channels, ensuring market rules, terms and obligations are met, cancelling sales if needed
• Communicate with customers to complete sales or retentions smoothly, which could include setting up pre-paid meters and managing tenancy agreement changes
• Complete mandatory tasks accurately and on time to meet compliance standards
• Provide regular reports to Door-to-Door partners and sales teams, resolve queries with third-party hubs and share insights to improve sales performance

Salary: From €34,355 + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

The role

As a Sales Support and Enablement Agent in SSE Airtricity’s Sales Operations team, you'll be tasked with managing the smooth and efficient processing of domestic customer sales and retentions across all sales channels. Our key purpose is to maximise the successful throughput of new sales and minimise breakage from gross to net confirmed sales. We form a vital part of the wider customer onboarding journey and provide analysis and support for internal and 3rd party sales teams.

You will
