Job summary

SSE plc is seeking a Sales Support and Enablement Agent in Dublin to manage domestic customer sales and retentions across channels. The base location requires 50% time in our Dublin office, with a permanent, full-time role and Flexible First options.

You will support the sales operations team by processing forms, ensuring compliance, and providing insights to optimise throughput and minimise breakage from gross to net sales. A performance bonus and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of current sales processes.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced administrative role.
• Strong numerical and data entry skills.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily CAF work queues and resolve outstanding actions quickly.
• Oversee new sales from all domestic channels, ensuring rules and obligations are met.
• Communicate with customers to complete sales or retentions smoothly.
• Complete mandatory tasks accurately and on time for compliance.
• Provide regular reports to partners and sales teams and share insights.
