Job summary

Sitetech Little Island is seeking a Sales Advisor to drive sales growth and manage day-to-day trade within the Little Island branch. The role involves building customer relationships, delivering excellent service, and promoting Sitetech’s products.

Applicants should have experience in sales within the construction sector, a track record of meeting targets, and strong communication and negotiation skills. Training will be provided for product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and account management within the construction sector.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
• Understanding of concrete and brickwork accessories is desirable but training will be provided.
• Familiarity with the Irish construction market, especially Dublin and Cork.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Sales Advisor - Sitetech Little Island

The Role:

The Sales Advisor role will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing day to day trade within Sitetech Little Island. This role involves developing relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and promoting Sitetech's innovative products.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with customers to ensure their needs are met and they receive great service
• Develop sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets.
• Manage and grow day to day trade accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Provide technical advice and support to customers, leveraging comprehensive product knowledge.
• Ensure efficient nationwide delivery service by coordinating with logistics teams.

Knowledge & Experience:

• Experience in sales and account management within the construction sector
• Track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
• An understanding of concrete and brickwork accessories and their applications is desirable but not essential as training will be provided
• Familiarity with the Irish construction market, particularly in Dublin and Cork.
• Experience in building and maintaining long-term relationships with suppliers and customers.

Contract Type

• Permanent
• Full time 42 hour contract
• Working week Monday to Friday, may be required to take part in the Saturday roster
