Job summary

Sitetech Little Island is seeking a Sales Advisor to drive sales growth and manage day-to-day trade within the Little Island branch. The role involves building customer relationships, delivering excellent service, and promoting Sitetech’s products.

Applicants should have experience in sales within the construction sector, a track record of meeting targets, and strong communication and negotiation skills. Training will be provided for product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and account management within the construction sector.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
• Understanding of concrete and brickwork accessories is desirable but training will be provided.
• Familiarity with the Irish construction market, especially Dublin and Cork.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to ensure their needs are met and they receive great service.
• Develop sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets.
• Manage and grow day-to-day trade accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Provide technical advice and support to customers, leveraging product knowledge.
• Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure efficient nationwide delivery service.
