Job summary

McSport is seeking a Sales Associate to join our showroom in Dublin, Ireland. The role requires energetic, hardworking individuals with a passion for sports and fitness to deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge.

Responsibilities include managing the customer journey, handling returns and complaints, following up quotes, and maintaining relationships with customers while performing general admin duties.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work under pressure and take initiative.
• Knowledge of sports and fitness products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a 5-star customer journey from start to finish.
• Handle sales returns, complaints and showroom issues.
• Follow up quotes by phone or email.
• Grow and manage relationships with current customers.
• Log warranties for cardio machines and perform admin duties.

Job Purpose

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure the Customer Journey from start to finish is a 5-star experience.
• Dealing with sales returns, complaints & Issues within the showroom.
• Ensure all Quotes are followed up by phone/email in a timely manner.
• Manage and grow our relationship with our current customers.
• Log warranties for Cardio Machines.
• General Administration Duties.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 1-year experience in the retail industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work under pressure and on your own initiative.
• Working knowledge of the sports and fitness industry.
