Access Healthcare in Dublin City Centre is seeking experienced sales leaders to join the Business Development team. You will leverage your track record in sales, negotiation and people leadership to uncover new B2B opportunities, nurture client relationships, and participate in meetings to close deals.

The role is full-time and office-based with a clear 12-level progression framework and performance-based promotions. Expect uncapped commission and a proven route to success at Access.

Qualifications

• Sales leaders with experience driving revenue and leading teams.
• Experience managing targets and coaching people to perform.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• EU citizens or Stamp 4 visa holders.

The Numbers, you may ask:

• Basic salary in the early €30Ks, plus uncapped commission.

What we are looking for:

• Relevant experience: Sales Managers, Sales Team Leaders, Sales Supervisors, Store Managers, Branch Managers or Area Managers.


• Experience managing targets, driving revenue and leading people.


• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.


• EU citizens or Stamp 4 visa holders.

This is a full-time, office-based position in Dublin City Centre, Monday to Friday, with no shifts, weekends or bank holiday requirements.
