Job summary

Adecco Ireland is seeking a Sales Manager for Medical Devices to lead a national sales effort across Ireland and Northern Ireland. This role involves shaping strategy, mentoring a small sales team, and building strong relationships with hospital procurement and clinicians.

The Opportunity

As Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and strengthening relationships across Ireland's healthcare sector.

This is a people management role with a big focus on the mentorship of a small sales team, covering Ireland and Northern Ireland.

• A natural leader who enjoys coaching and developing others
• Medical consumables experience would be advantageous but is not essential
