Job summary

Murphy Home in Newross, Co. Wexford is seeking a vibrant Sales Executive to deliver an exceptional in-store experience and drive store sales. You will learn products, contact customers, provide quotes, and work as part of a team to keep the store presentable.

This role offers a salary OTE circa €40K+, plus staff discounts and a family-run team culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales in a commission-driven environment.
• The ability and willingness to work a flexible retail schedule which includes weekdays, and weekends, and bank holidays is required.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong IT skills and a willingness to lean new sales software program's.
• The desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment is key.

Job Overview:

The Furniture Sales Executive is responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store experience for every customer resulting in increased store sales and customer loyalty.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Achieve weekly sales targets and be knowledgeable on all store promotions and campaigns.

• Learn and keep updated on all of the company’s products and service.

• Contact potential and existing customers by phone or email and provide customers with sale quotes.

• Maintain a good relationship with every customer by providing support, information and guidance.

• Work as part of a team to ensure the store looks presentable at all times.
