Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail sales experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to learn new sales software.

Responsibilities

• Achieve weekly sales targets and be knowledgeable on all store promotions and campaigns.
• Learn and stay updated on all company products and services.
• Contact potential and existing customers by phone or email and provide sale quotes.
• Maintain a good relationship with every customer by providing support and guidance.
• Work as part of a team to ensure the store looks presentable at all times.
• Be honest and demonstrate integrity in the sales process.
