Job summary

Abrivia Recruitment Specialists in Dublin South is seeking ambitious Sales Executives to join our growing team. The role blends hybrid working (2 office days / 3 remote after probation) with a target-driven environment where your effort directly impacts earnings.

You will speak with customers to understand needs, build rapport, manage inbound and outbound opportunities, and strive to exceed monthly targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in contact centre, retail, hospitality, telecoms, recruitment, or similar.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Confidence handling objections and closing opportunities.
• Target-driven, resilient, and self-motivated.
• A positive attitude and hunger to succeed.

Salary: Base Salary + Uncapped Monthly Commission

Hours of Work: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 9am–6pm

Working Model: Hybrid Working (2 office days / 3 remote after probation)
