Job description

SSO Personnel are seeking to hire driven, people-focused Sales Professionals to join our growing team in Dublin City Centre. This is a permanent, full-time role with hybrid working available after training. You’ll get paid industry-standard training, great commission opportunities, and a clear path to career progression.

What we’re looking for:

• At least 1 year’s experience in sales (call centre)
• A track record of meeting or beating targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
• Confident, resilient, and adaptable under pressure
• A positive, team-focused attitude with a drive to succeed
• Willingness to work toward industry qualifications

What you’ll be doing:

• Sell motor, home, and travel insurance products via inbound and outbound calls (no cold calling, following up on previously issued quotes etc...)
• Work towards and exceed sales targets
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the brand positively
• Handle objections confidently and close sales
• Work 8-hour shifts Monday–Friday plus 1–2 Saturdays every 4 weeks (10 AM – 3 PM)
