Job summary

O'Briens Kilkenny, the main Renault and Dacia dealership in Kilkenny, is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. This role offers a competitive base salary with uncapped commission and career development opportunities in a fast-paced dealership environment.

You will engage customers from enquiry to vehicle handover, support online stock, and contribute to digital content and daily dealership operations.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused, friendly and confident.
• Passionate about cars and automotive industry.
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• In possession of a full, clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers and provide a professional, welcoming experience.
• Manage customer enquiries in person, by phone and online.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable Renault and Dacia vehicles.
• Arrange and conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.
• Follow up on enquiries and sales opportunities to maximise conversions.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain a high standard of vehicle presentation across the showroom and forecourt.
• Photograph and video vehicles for online advertising and social media.
• Create and maintain accurate, engaging online vehicle listings.
• Keep digital stock records and vehicle information up to date.
• Support dealership marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Work closely with colleagues across the dealership to ensure an excellent customer journey.

About The Role

O'Briens Kilkenny, the main Renault and Dacia dealership in Kilkenny, is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for cars, a natural ability to build relationships and a desire to develop a successful career in automotive sales.

You'll play an important role in delivering an outstanding customer experience, from the initial enquiry and test drive through to vehicle handover. The role will also involve supporting our online vehicle stock, digital content and day-to-day dealership operations.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Organised with good attention to detail.
• Comfortable taking photographs and videos of vehicles.
• Experienced in sales, retail, hospitality or customer service - motor industry experience is an advantage but not essential.
• In possession of a full, clean driving licence.
