Cpl Group in Tallaght, Dublin, is seeking a Car Sales Executive to join our Kia team. This full-time, permanent role covers new and used car sales as well as financing, guiding customers from initial enquiry to handover and delivering a high standard of service.

• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Work closely with a small, supportive team to hit individual and dealership targets

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced, results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our Kia sales team. This is a multifaceted role covering new car sales, used car sales, and finance — so you'll need to be confident across the full customer journey, from first enquiry through to handover. You'll prepare cars for collection, guide customers through finance options, and deliver a handover experience that reflects our reputation for excellent service.

Hours & Pay

• €30,000 base salary + uncapped commission
• OTE €70,000–€80,000 — generous commission structure across new cars, used cars, and finance for those who commit and perform
• Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm
• Saturdays, 10:00am–1:00pm or 10:00am–4:00pm (rota basis)
• 6 days per week / 45–48 hours per week
• Bank holidays off
