JP Morgan Workplace Solutions seeks a dynamic Sales Development Team Lead for the EMEA region to coach SDRs and drive outbound prospecting within the Equity Compensation Platform. The role balances individual performance with team development and collaboration with Field Sales.

You will lead, coach, and enable the SDR team, refine processes, and ensure high-quality meetings while partnering with bankers and internal teams to strengthen referrals and coverage.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in B2B sales development or outbound SaaS roles.
• 1–2+ years of people management or coaching SDRs.
• Proven ability to engage senior decision makers with concise, value-based outreach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• CRM proficiency and multi-channel prospecting with data discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and support a team of SDRs to hit outbound targets.
• Manage team cadences, huddles, 1:1s, and pipeline reviews.
• Provide enablement: messaging, objection handling, and role-plays.
• Develop SDR processes, playbooks, and onboarding resources.
• Onboard and train new SDRs to achieve productivity quickly.
• Maintain high qualification standards and smooth handoffs to Field Sales.
