Responsibilities

• Lead an Equity Plan Management team, responsible for customer satisfaction and task deliverables.
• Develop a strategy the team will use to reach its goal.
• Monitor development status and organise training for team members.
• Communicate clear instructions to team members.
• Gather and address feedback from team members.
• Monitor team performance to ensure high quality service delivery.
• Manage day-to-day operations for the team including events and recurring tasks.
• Interact with clients on operational transactions related to their share plan program.
