Our team is based in the Masonry Building in Dublin 8, we work together in person 4+ days a week to enable learning and a team environment. We started our SDR team with 3 reps two years ago, we are now growing the team to 5 in recognition of the quality of pipeline we have delivered for the sales org. Of our 3 first hires, 2 have been promoted to AE and CSM.
This is a startup environment where hard workers who take ownership thrive. Reps typically make 80 dials a day and reach out to 20 new clients per day, they are supported by an automated system in the back end with Claude doing account research, writing, persona selection, account mapping on their behalf.
Our team hit 100% of our team target in Q2 2026, and we just hit target again in July. We are looking for reps who will continue to increase the level of performance in our team.
