Red Sift is seeking a Sales Development Representative to build the DACH region from Dublin. You will join a tight-knit SDR team, working with the DACH Account Executive and an AI-assisted backend to identify prospects, map personas and book meetings.

The role requires a native German speaker and 2+ years’ experience is a plus. Expect a performance-driven environment with travel to industry events and collaboration across the sales org.

Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About The Role

We are looking for an SDR to build our DACH region. You will be working alongside our DACH AE who has recently been promoted from the SDR role. Globally we work with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, the Premier League. DACH is a high potential region for us where we have signed Rolex, Swatch, Edeka, Roche. You will be joining a tight knit group of SDRs. We started with 3 reps two years ago, we are now growing the team to 5 in recognition of the quality of pipeline we have delivered for the sales org. Of our 3 first hires, 2 have been promoted to AE and CSM. This is a startup environment where hard workers who take ownership thrive. Reps typically make 80 dials a day and reach out to 20 new prospects per day, they are supported by an automated system in the back end with Claude doing account research, writing, persona selection, account mapping on their behalf. Our team hit 100% of our team target in Q2 2026, and we just hit target again in July. We are looking for reps who will continue to increase the level of performance in our team.

What You’ll Do

• Book meetings with target accounts using phone / email / LinkedIn (with the support of an AI backend system)
• Collaborate with the Account Executive to grow revenue
• Occasional travel to industry events
