Chadwick's Group and MacNaughton Blair are market leaders in the builder’s merchanting industry in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. The role of Sales Coordinator is to support the Branch Sales Representative to develop new business from the construction & RMI markets, promote the company's products and services in a professional manner and deliver a superior standard of customer care to our existing customers.

Based at Bailick Road, Midleton, Co.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of proven sales experience within the construction industry desirable.
• Knowledge of building materials, timber, heating and plumbing products is an advantage.
• Proven experience dealing with building contractors and specifiers.
• Project management experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a superior standard of customer service to all customers.
• Build on existing relationships to encourage repeat business with customers.
• Work on tenders for both large and small deals in the public and private sector as and when required.
• Maximise sales and profitability for the company.
• Margin management.
• Develop and update knowledge of existing and new products within the market.
• Provide support for the current sales representative with a direct line for some of the larger customer accounts.
• Assist on counter when needed.

Principle Objective

The role of Sales Coordinator is to provide support to the Branch Sales Representative to develop new business from the construction & RMI markets, promote the company's products and services in a professional manner and deliver a superior standard of customer care to our existing customers.

Knowledge & Experience

Contract Type

• Full time 39-hour contract
