Chadwick's Group in Naas, Co. Kildare, is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the Branch Sales Representative in developing new business from the construction and RMI markets, while promoting company products and delivering excellent customer care.

You will build relationships with customers, assist on tenders, and help maximise sales and profitability. Experience in building materials is essential, with a focus on service excellence.

Formación

• 3-5 years proven sales experience within the construction industry.
• Knowledge of all building materials, timber, heating & plumbing products.
• Proven experience of dealing with building contractors and specifiers.
• Project management experience an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a superior standard of customer service to all customers
• Build on existing relationships to encourage repeat business with customers
• Work on tenders for both large and small deals in the public and private sector as and when required
• Maximise sales and profitability for the company
• Margin Management
• Develop and update knowledge of existing and new products within the market
• Provide support for the current sales representative with a direct line for some of the larger customer accounts
• Assist on counter when needed

Principle Objective

The role of Sales Coordinator is to provide support to the Branch Sales Representative to develop new business from the construction & RMI markets, promote the company's products and services in a professional manner and deliver a superior standard of customer care to our existing customers.

Knowledge & Experience

• 3-5 Years proven sales experience within the construction industry
• Knowledge of all building materials, timber, heating & plumbing products
• Proven experience of dealing with building contractors and specifiers
• Project management experience an advantage

Contract Type

• Permanent
• Full time 39-hour contract
• Working week Monday to Friday, may be required to take part in the Saturday roster
