Job summary

Salesforce seeks a Sales Cloud Success Architect to guide architecture, design, and lifecycle strategies for strategic customers. You will partner with product teams, support engineers and customers to ensure scalable, secure solutions that drive long-term Salesforce adoption.

The role requires deep domain knowledge, leadership, and the ability to translate business needs into technical strategies in a fast-paced environment. English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software, system or enterprise architecture.
• Expertise in Salesforce products, platform capabilities and governance.
• Experience with large-scale SaaS/PaaS multi-tenant deployments.
• Strong integration knowledge (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
• Industry solutions familiarity preferred.
• Business-level language skills (French/Portuguese/Spanish/Italian/German).
• Excellent English communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to drive stakeholder alignment and present complex concepts.
• Proven ability to design clear architecture documents.
• Strategic thinking with problem-solving and data-driven insights.
