Job summary

Longchamp in Ireland's Brown Thomas is seeking a Part-time Sales Associate (40 hour) to provide a luxury shopping experience. You will welcome clients, advise on products, and contribute to achieving boutique sales and Clienteling goals.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in premium retail, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English. A passion for fashion and strong stock/checkout support are valued, with flexible scheduling including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, preferably luxury or premium.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• POS system knowledge and basic MS Office familiarity.
• Fluent in English (additional languages preferred).
• Passion for fashion, customer service, and luxury brands.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming and advising customers with a warm, personalised approach.
• Contributing to sales through product recommendations aligned with store objectives.
• Building long-term client relationships with excellent service and follow-up.
• Managing returns and exchanges per internal policies.
• Stock replenishment and ensuring pristine presentation on the sales floor.
