Job summary

Kilkenny Design in Dublin city centre seeks a Seasonal Sales Assistant for our flagship Nassau Street store. This fixed term contract runs to the end of December 2026.

You will provide exceptional customer service, demonstrate product knowledge, and help achieve business goals in a busy retail environment. You will keep the shop floor running smoothly with stock replenishment, maintain store standards, and work flexibly across Monday to Sunday on rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales and delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to demonstrate product knowledge and upsell where appropriate.
• Friendly, proactive and reliable team member with good organisational skills.

About You

Kilkenny Design are looking for a sales advisors to join the team at our Flagship Store in the heart of Dublin city. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating product knowledge, and building quality customer relationships to achieve business goals whilst being an ambassador for our values and the Kilkenny brand.

You will also:

• Have great communication and organisational skills to keep the shop floor running smoothly, and ensuring general store standards and stock replenishment are carried out/maintained.
• Be collaborative in your nature, and thrive as part of a team, building relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
• Maximise the sales potential of your area and enjoy the thrill of achieving sales targets.
