Job summary

Kilkenny Design is seeking a Sales Assistant at Nutgrove Shopping Centre, Rathfarnham. You will provide exceptional customer service, showcase product knowledge and act as an ambassador for our Kilkenny brand.

This fixed term contract requires flexibility across weekdays, weekends and evenings. You will work in a collaborative team, aim to maximise sales, maintain store standards, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Availability:

Due to the nature of the role, applicants must have full flexibility and availability across the working week. Hours are rostered on a rotating schedule including weekdays, weekends, daytime, and evening shifts.

About You:

You’ll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating product knowledge, and building quality customer relationships to achieve business goals whilst being an ambassador for our values and the Kilkenny brand.

Responsibilities:

• Have great communication and organisational skills to keep the shop floor running smoothly, and ensuring general store standards and stock replenishment are carried out/maintained.
• Be collaborative in your nature, and thrive as part of a team, building relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
• Maximise the sales potential of your area and enjoy the thrill of achieving sales targets.
